Billing, cancellations and account questions
Include the email address on the subscription so we can find it. You can cancel Pro yourself at any time from your account, and cancelling stops the next renewal.
A scan that failed or looks wrong
Tell us the handle you scanned and roughly when you ran it. Private accounts have no public follower list, so those cannot be scanned at all.
Privacy and data requests
Your follower snapshots live in your own browser rather than on our servers, so clearing this site's data removes them. If you think we hold something this does not cover, write in and we will look.
