Instagram profile picture viewer
See a profile picture at full size instead of a 40-pixel circle.
Instagram renders profile pictures as small circles and offers no way to open one. Tapping does nothing, and zooming gets you a blurry crop of a thumbnail.
This tool pulls the full-resolution original a public profile is serving, squared and uncropped, with a download button and the account's public stats alongside it.

Common questions
What resolution are Instagram profile pictures?
Instagram stores profile pictures at up to 320×320 pixels for most accounts. That is the maximum the platform holds, so no tool can produce a larger original — anything claiming a higher resolution is upscaling.
Can I see a private account's profile picture?
A private account's profile picture is still shown on its public profile page, so it can usually be read. Everything else about a private account — posts, stories, followers — is not public.
Will the account owner know I looked?
No. Reading a public profile picture generates no notification and leaves no trace on the owner's account.
